接触性皮膚炎（刺激性皮膚炎？） 庭の手入れをした後に、間違ってというか、どうしても、ナイロンタオルで身体を洗いたい衝動にかられ、少々擦りすぎた！！元来から肌はあまり強くないのに・・・案の定、体中ブツブツができて、痒みで発狂しそうになるほどだった。夜は眠りが浅くなるし、昼は気になって仕方ないし・・・4日目の今日になってようやく治まってきた。やっぱり衝動的な行動を取るのは良くないかもしれないなぁ・・
